In the Samba Nottinghamshire Senior League, supported by Euro Soccer Company, Stapleford Town will attempt to keep their noses ahead in the Premier Division title race as they meet Eastwood CFC Development at the Play Soccer USA 3G Arena while second-placed Southwell City return from a week off by welcoming bottom club Gedling Southbank to the War Memorial Ground.
Cotgrave could have closed within a point of Southwell last week were it not for conceding an injury time equaliser. They travel to Wharf Lane to face Radcliffe Olympic. Awsworth Villa’s recent form has taken a turn for the better, they head to Platt Lane to take on Keyworth United. Bingham Town take their 15 league game unbeaten run, which includes Stapleford Town’s only two defeats this season, on the road to the Ron Steel Sports Ground to play AFC Dunkirk – the last team to beat them back in mid-September. FC Cavaliers could only take a point from their encounter with Bilborough Town last time out, despite the latter ending the game with nine men. Cavs welcome Wollaton to the Forest Sports Zone while Bilborough host Calverton Miners Welfare at the Harvey Hadden Stadium. Sandiacre Town entertain Magdala Amateurs at St Giles. In Division One, third placed Ravenshead travel to unbeaten table-toppers Woodthorpe Park Rangers with in form winger Adam Lewis out for a number of weeks with a knee injury. Alex Faulconbridge should return along with Liam Walton, while Mark Smallwood is rated 50/50 for the clash. In Division Two, having risen to the summit last week on goal difference, Newark Flowserve Reserves will attempt to consolidate their position as they travel to Butt Field to play Bingham Town Reserves. Second placed AFC Top Valley will be looking to capitalise on any slip up by Newark as they welcome Elston United to Hollinwood Lane, likewise Ruddington Village Reserves, who are the third side on 47 points, as they entertain AFC Clifton at Elms Park.
