,The current Press Officer of the Samba Nottinghamshire Senior League has indicated his intention to step down at the end of the current season. As such, the league are on the lookout for a person or persons to help out with match previews and reports straight away with a view to taking over the position in the summer.

Magdala Amateurs FC are looking to recruit people to roles on the Management Committee and roles for Team Management for season 2018/19. Formed in 1904, Magdala are the second oldest amateurs club in Nottinghamshire and currently play in the county's premier competition, the Samba Nottinghamshire Senior League. The Budgies play in West Bridgford and operate two Saturday senior teams and one Veterans team. Team Management roles are available for the Saturday side. Existing Committee members will provide support to help anyone who hasn’t done a Committee role previously. Existing managers will help anyone wishing to join the team management. After three years we are sad to say that the First Team manager, Ryan Doherty, has decided to call it a day at Awsworth Villa. We wish Ryan all the best in the future and thank him for all he as done for the club.
