There are three games on Friday night in the Samba Nottinghamshire Senior League, supported by Euro Soccer Company. In the Premier Division, AFC Dunkirk welcome Sandiacre Town to the Ron Steel Sports Ground and Eastwood CFC Development host Stapleford Town at the PSUSA 3G Arena, while in Division One, Basford United Community entertain Mansfield Hosiery Mills at Greenwich Avenue.
On Saturday, Premier Division leaders Southwell City follow up their dramatic turnaround at Aslockton & Orston last week, where they won 4-3 with three goals in the last ten minutes, by hosting Calverton Miners Welfare at the War Memorial Ground. Aslockton will look to bounce back with FC Cavaliers the visitors to the Orston Recreation Ground. Awsworth Villa and Cotgrave continue their pusrsuit of top spot as they host Keyworth United at The Shilo and travel to Attenborough’s The Strand respectively. After recording their first league win of the season a fortnight ago, Bilborough Town made it two from two last time out. They will attempt to secure their third three point haul on the trot as they head to Wharf Lane to play Radcliffe Olympic. Gedling Southbank also picked up their first win two weeks ago but were unable to emulate Bilborough and repeat the feat. They welcome Wollaton to Eagle Valley. In Division One, leaders Woodthorpe Park Rangers failed to win for only the second time all season last weekend as they drew 2-2 at Ruddington Village. It’s the return fixture this weekend at Eagle Valley. Second placed Bridgford United slipped up in the local derby with AFC Bridgford last time out.
